Sei-Sen – pure spring

Similar to a spring that continuously produces fresh water, my guidance serves to discover and further develop the essence of our true selves, inner resources, and potentials. We often attempt to optimize the self through intellect, willpower, or ambition, which often proves unsuccessful.

A pure spring also symbolically represents the purification of external influences and negative beliefs. By freeing ourselves from old patterns and limitations, we can unfold.

The key to this lies in the mind. When it attains tranquility, the true self can reveal itself.

My first name – Berrin – is derived from Arabic and roughly means “pure spring,” translating to “Sei-Sen” in Japanese. The “pure spring” is beautifully expressed in ancient Japanese calligraphy.

Mindful Walking at Force Places

Through mindful walking and conscious breathing, we recharge our energy, which opens up access to our inner source. With Qi gong and breath work , we strengthen the interplay of body, mind, and soul. The mystically beautiful landscape of the Hermitage provides the perfect setting for this experience. It is more than just a feel-good package. It is an experience for the body, mind, and soul!

My Story

I am a Tatar – a daughter of Genghis Khan…

…and born in Turkey. When I was a little girl, my family and I immigrated to Switzerland. I completed my schooling and education here, and worked in the business sector, including over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, most recently as an “Executive Assistant.” Suddenly, this path took a new turn. Then came Covid, and my heart told me it’s the moment to embark on new paths. A time of intense introspection began. And I set out on an unknown journey. I spent a lot of time in nature, reconnecting with my Tatar roots, and rediscovering myself. Nature gives me a lot; it is a source of healing and inspiration. Through this creative process, I took a new professional direction – away from business, towards individual development. Today, I focus on the teachings of consciousness, share my knowledge, and passionately practice martial arts.

Tatar healing ceremony with primal singing

In the beginning was the sound, and all the people of this Earth know the healing power of sounds. I am deeply connected to my ancestors, the primordial father and mother of my Tatar people, and thus I bring the healing sounds of the Tatars into the world. I utilize the healing art in the lineage of my ancestors and am grateful for this gift.
